Duties covered for orders to all destinations (except UK and Germany)
Please pay attention to the fact that we create every single accesories and bridal individually and each item is produced in dedication to each order.
Normally, the production period contains up to 7 business days, depending on:
1) quantity of items included in the order;
2) dress complexity and specifics;
3) availability of all the necessary information for production ( size and colour confirmation, customisation details, etc.).
We also have ready to ship items that are in stock and available to be shipped ASAP. Processing of these items contains up to 2 business days.
Once your order has arrived at the post office in your country you can expect it to take between 1-3 business days!
Our dresses ship with the Delivery At Place method, requiring the recipient's signature. Do not change the delivery method, otherwise, we can not guarantee its arrival. If the customer itself changes the delivery method for Front Door or Backyard, without a signature, we are not responsible for the parcel and its loss.
If you need your item(s) sooner please contact our team directly via email at info@cagteks.com. Any shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We do not process or ship orders on the weekends or holidays.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched. Please note, that this can take longer during sales.
Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an automatic message on your phone and email with your tracking information, so you can follow its progress.
