Items purchased through https://www.cagteks.com/ may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odours, stains, or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund. An original package is preferred. Items missing tags or worn or damaged in any way will not be refunded.
Customized items are determined by Customisation Policy only. Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping charges and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns may be requested through a Return Form. Please ask for the form by e-mailing us. After we send the Return Form to you, you need to fill in the form carefully, as you will not have the chance to refill it. Do not return anything without obtaining a return authorization. Only authorized returns will be refunded.
Item must be received back at Cagteks Bridal within 30 days of delivery. Returns received after that point will not be refunded or credited. Please allow up to 10 days from the moment your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.
We allow the possibility of a one-time exchange or replacement of returnable items. Once the previous order is returned, the new order of the exchange or replacement will be shipped. We reserve the right to cancel customer orders if we identify unusual or excessive returns activity.
